The New Digital Business group is an entrepreneurial startup unit within Company. We’re focused on building and growing subscription video streaming services with strong curation and editorial voices. We currently operate two growing SVOD services: Sundance Now offers independent films and TV for an intellectually curious audience; Shudder specializes in horror and thrillers for an audience seeking suspenseful entertainment.

OVERVIEW
The Product Manager will own the roadmap and requirements of significant parts of our product architecture, lead initiatives that help us better understand subscribers and their behavior, and drive wide-ranging product initiatives such as new country launches.
Reporting to the Vice President of Product, you will use qualitative and quantitative reasoning to prioritize and clearly communicate the product roadmap. You’ll work closely with business, marketing, design, and development teams to turn product ideas into reality for our customers on web, iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, and other devices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own complex product deliverables from inception to delivery. Use quantitative and qualitative reasoning to make the right product calls, then clearly define architecture and user experiences
• Establish shared vision across the team by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution, with a shared understanding of important KPIs
• Evaluate potential 3rd party product solutions, negotiate with vendors, and lead the implementation you have defined
• Work closely with the VP of Product and stakeholders across the business to prioritize, define, and communicate our product roadmap that delivers on business goals
• Deliver product overhauls and enhancements across Web, iOS, Android, Roku and other living room devices
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or technology-related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management with increasing responsibility, including agile product ownership; 6+ in a digital setting.
• Experience building products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, definition, and development
• Understanding of best practices in product analytics, product architecture, and build vs buy decisions
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, especially technical ones
• Self-starter and detail-oriented, able to take ownership of a problem and define the appropriate solution
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, and meet deadlines with a strong sense of accountability
• Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment
