Job Summary:
We are looking for a Product Manager that will help us create incredible experiences and continue to push our existing products by combining market insights into a clear strategy. You will be the boots on the ground, writing user stories, defining product roadmaps, working with an Agile team and partnering with world-class development, design, analytics, and programming teams to bring the roadmap to life. You will be content-driven and passionate about delivering innovative customer-focused mobile products, constantly measuring progress, and continuous learning and improvement. This position reports to the Senior Product Manager, Android.

The company’s operations include radio broadcasting, online, mobile, digital and social media, live concerts and events, syndication, music research services and independent media representation.
Responsibilities
• Champion our Android users, understand and prioritize their feedback
• Work with the Android Flagship cross-functional agile team - defining, prioritizing and delivering features
• Define the minimum viable product; working closely with UX and engineering, making trade-offs between the feature set and time-to-market
• Form product hypotheses; debate, defend and iterate on them and adjust course based on qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Work closely with other internal product teams (especially iOS and web) to define and deliver cross-platform features
• Partner with design, customer care, and analytics to measure the success of our products and strategize iterative improvements
• Develop an understanding of the competitive environment, market research, consumer research, usage analysis, and usability studies and synthesize the findings into product requirements
Required Skills
• Must have used an Android phone/tablet as your primary device for at least a year
• Must have a balance of tech, marketing, and management skills
• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems.
• 4+ years experience in a product management role, including 2+ years focused on Android
• Strong social, mobile, and analytics background
• Demonstrated success managing and improving existing products
• Demonstrated success at managing large, cross-functional projects and delivering world-class end user experiences to consumers
• Experience shipping products in an Agile environment
