Since opening our studio in 2010, our team has shipped the critically-acclaimed Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Blacklist as lead studio, and Assassin’s Creed Unity, Far Cry 4, Far Cry Primal and Watch Dogs 2 in collaboration with Company Montreal. In 2012, we opened our state-of-the-art Performance Capture Studio, and Playtest. We are currently working on For Honor in collaboration with Company Montreal, as well as several top-secret, unannounced projects.

Product Director
Type of Position:
Permanent, full-time.
Responsibilities
The main and routine functions of the Product Director are to:
Establish the blueprint strategy and roadmap
• Assess the product, taking the market and competition into account;
• Work closely with the Brand Director and the Executive Producer to maintain and reinforce consistency across the brand portfolio.
• Determine the market benchmarks, key success factors, threats and opportunities;
• Define, qualify and quantify the product’s target market;
• Identify the entertainment industry’s hooks and main trends (outside the game sector);
• Build and maintain the product’s DNA by integrating feedback from operational marketing and the editorial product’s strategy team;
• Initiate relevant consumer research to confirm and adjust product DNA over time;
• Establish the product’s artistic direction in collaboration with the teams of artists and/or external agencies;
• Instruct the different in-house teams on the product strategy and DNA;
• Manage product merchandise.
Ensure the product’s long-term management and performance
• Quantify and follow up on the strength of the product by examining past results and developing new processes to better measure performance and key aspects (product equity).
Manage the product’s
marketing teams
• Establish the budget required for your product
• Validate the following elements:
1. Positioning of the games;
2. Marketing’s artistic direction (game’s artistic personality);
3. Game communication strategy;
• Coach the product managers to ensure the progress of their careers;
• Propose relevant development plans for team members;
Training
• Relevant university degree or technical training.
Experience
• Over 5-10 years’ experience in game marketing or any other relevant experience.
Other skills
• Bilingualism (functional in French and English) an asset;
• In-depth knowledge of the market and video game industry;
• Leadership skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Human resource management skills;
• Ability to adapt to and manage change;
• Ability to work effectively on simultaneous projects;
