Category Game Plan (CGP) Process Director
Description
The Emerging Market Digital Go To Market team (DGTM) enables revenue growth by leading with Digital, and providing a compelling learning and sell-in journey to our Account Executives and Retailers.
As the Category Game Plan (CGP) Process Director:
• You will lead your team to deliver a premium and compelling experience at key sales gates such SIM and KAPM to prepare our teams to sell and to provide a world class experience to our retailers like only Company can
• You will be responsible for the end to end strategy and execution of our Category Gameplan and continually improving the experience
• You will lead a high performing team in charge of planning, execution and communication
You will act as a Multiplier by powering up, coaching and developing talent to ensure a high performing team. The team will work across Emerging Markets and Global Sales to continue to evolve and improve the CGP experience.
You will need a unique combination of attributes. You have a passion for, and good understanding of, both the CGP and overall sales processes. You have significant experience in multiple disciplines, including process excellence, operations, and strategy. You have the ability to see the big picture and the personality to roll up your sleeves and do the work. Similarly, you have experience building momentum and aligning multiple constituencies within large organizations, and a credibility with and understanding of the Category Gameplan process. You are capable of defining a vision, marshaling resources, executing on an initiative and presenting the results to Senior Leadership.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Passion for the sales process, digital and leading teams
• Strong executive presence and executive communications skills
• Background and skillset to lead multiple complex initiatives from start to finish
• Exceptional networking, relationship building and partnership management skills
• Strong interpersonal, consensus-building skills, with ability to communicate and achieve results across multiple audiences in complex organizational structure
• Proven record in being a multiplier and leading successful teams
