Company Private Wealth Management Asia is an integrated business within Institutional Securities. We provide highly personalized, best-in-class investment advice, execution services and wealth management and banking solutions to Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families across the region.
Role Description:
This is a business analyst position for the PWM Asia Technology group within Company. The team is involved developing & maintaining systems for Company PWM Asia.
The candidate will:
• Participate in requirements discussions with business stakeholders
• Work with functional owners to define solution to solve problem statement
• Support proposed solution with data analysis
• Work with dev leads to translate proposed solution into development plan
• Work with dev leads to create transparency for senior managers into the methodology and tasks
• Handle ongoing request for information (RFI), regulatory, and audit needs
• Coordinate global project activities, initiatives, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Work with a team as a process-oriented person and adhering to the organization’s product development standards
• Be an effective leader and business face-off in region
• Familiar with regulatory requirements and handling sensitive incidents

An ideal candidate will demonstrate excitement for identifying & solving business problems by leveraging technology and an eagerness to learn.
He/she will also be able to handle competing demands on time and manage his/her own work to business deadlines.

• 5-10 years
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and written skills and prepared to work across time zones
• Analysis skills – quick to understand different business needs, connect the dots across various business processes and solve the business problem with technical solutions
• Experience with project management software and developing/implementing best practices
• Strong understanding of SDLC and proven track record of operational efficiency
• Technology skill background with working knowledge of Applications & databases Strong SQL skills and a thorough understanding of database constructs
• Strong data analysis and data quality assessment skills
• Ability to follow change management processes for consistent and maintainable versions
