Responsibilities
Company Studios Hollywood (USH), the “Entertainment Capital of L.A.” and the world's largest working movie studio and theme park, is looking to fill an analyst role in the Point of Sales area. This position will be a responsible team member of the Field Services team who supports all Point of Sale (POS) systems for USH. The systems include Ticketing, Food, Retail and Parking. This is a role that requires the ability to work in various capacities within the department ranging from Analysts to Phone Dispatcher. This position is responsible for all hardware and software associated with these applications.
•Provide maintenance and administration of all POS system processes in both application and hardware environments.
•Plan and execute preventive maintenance procedures as required.
•Provide 1st level support for telecommunication problems and coordinate 3rd party support when required.
•Oversee RMA process maintaining adequate spare depot par levels through internal repair and RMA process.
•Coordinate with the POS team to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot, repair or replace equipment as requested by the client via help desk tickets.
•Maintain accurate inventory for all changes in software and hardware.
•Provide weekly status reports to POS management.
•Communicate and interact with front line users and theme park guests.
•On call 24 hours/day, 365 days/year

•Hardware: POS Registers, PCs, Turnstiles, Wireless Networking, RF Scanners, iPads
•Infrastructure: Windows 7, Windows 10
Qualifications/Requirements
•Minimum 2 years IT experience including Point of Sale hardware and software, and Help Desk experience
•Previous Point of Sales experience is required
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
•Must be willing to work weekends and nights on a rotating schedule (holidays included)
