Job Description
With a large-scale transformation projects planned across multiple Business Lines and ELEs in Poland and Baltics, Eurofins is looking for a PMO Coordinator. Successful candidate will join a new team we are putting in place to structure and support our transformation agenda.
Your accountabilities will include:
- Administrative support for Transformation Projects
- Co-create project plans
- Track projects progress in terms of KPIs and deliverables
- Monitor project benefits (financial and other)
- Support and administer project management governance including review meetings
- Develop and deliver project comms
- Facilitate communications with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Practical experience in Project Management / PMO
- Understanding and knowledge of PM good practice
- High attention to detail and structured way of working
- Strong communication and influencing skills including ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel across Poland (up to 50% of the working time)
- Higher education, min Bachelor’s degree
- Software: strong MS Office (Excel) skillset (must have), PM and process visualization tools (nice to have)
- English (B2 min, C1 preferred)
