Crackle/Playstation Digital Ad Sales Internship
Crackle’s and PlayStation’s Digital Ad Sales team is seeking a talented intern to support the EAST sales territory.
Crackle, a unit of Company Television, programs Hollywood movies, popular TV shows, original series and feature films for the world’s connected audience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build professional relationships with other internal and external executive assistants to create in-roads across the team and client network
• Assist with coordinating scheduling for sales meetings and making arrangements for client meetings
• Help the ad sales team members design and build business development and pitch presentations/documentation for client meetings
• Create sales documents for internal and external purposes
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
The intern will gain experience/exposure to the following:
• The life cycle of an ad sales deal from prospecting to proposal submission, to stewardship and renewal
• Video/TV/Digital Ad Sales Marketplace
• How to create sales materials in Powerpoint and Clearslide presentation software
• Communicating with clients via email, phone and potentially in person
• Exposure to broad range of divisions including Research, Programming, Marketing and Finance
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Organized and focused on accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a timely fashion including sales event and meetings and other special events as it relates to the sales cycle
• Identify work priorities and requirements up-front and make timely decisions - need to anticipate needs of the SVP and team to ensure follow up/completion of all tasks assigned in a timely manner
• Good communication and interpersonal skills: ability to deal with executives, clients, talent and colleagues in a professional way, in a high pressure environment
• Ability to handle high confidential information
• Proficient using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint software
• Enrolled in a college/university program

This Spring internship is from Tuesday, January 9th or Monday, January 16th through May 4, 2018. All candidates must be able to work 10-29 hours a week with respect to their school schedule and be enrolled in an accredited degree program for the entire duration of their internship.
