Position Description
The Planner, Media Strategy & Planning will partner with sales teams to develop cross-platform media plans that will meet advertisers’ objectives, yield measurable results and drive ad revenue.
The position will report into the Director, Media Strategy & Planning and will assist in the media plan creation process across assigned accounts.
Media strategy & communication goals will be determined by understanding the brand’s objectives, KPIs, success metrics and the Company solution. Media plans will be developed by working with sales, marketing solutions and other internal teams.
Working with the Director, you will assist with providing appropriate direction to Company platforms (Premiere Networks, Total Traffic & Weather Network, Local Spot, Events & iHeartRadio Digital/Social, etc.) to develop integrated media plans.
Required Skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Media math & media research skills
• Superior organizational skills, analytical & detail-oriented approach to projects

• Juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong communication skills
Qualifications
1-2 years of advertising / media planning experience - multi-channel media experience a must (broadcast and digital), radio experience not required
