MISSION/ROLE:
Responsible for in house photography and providing deliverables that is brand appropriate and meet creative expectations for global company needs. Requires specialized expertise with product photography and high volume production. Experience working as a team in a collaborative environment.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Responsible for knowing and executing standard operating procedures including: department processes and guidelines, image editing techniques and camera system software
• Responsible for the documentation of projects and ensure image quality and creative standards are maintained per direction of Director of Digital Image Production
• Ensure successful and productive partnerships with other photographers, stylists and art directors
• Be informed of relevant photography and imaging techniques
• Responsible for maintaining photo studio equipment (Repairs, warranty expirations, upgrades and vendor partnerships)
• Responsible for performing postproduction services along with accurate digital files for external postproduction and MediaBin scripts
• Maintain archives for all photography done in Company Studio
• Collaborate with the studio team to find creative ways to solve image issues within tight deadlines
• Support MediaBin digital imaging processes and communications with internal and external partners
• Education in Photography and experience working with a wide range of product categories
• Experience working with diverse group of stylists, photographers and art directors
• Exhibit technical knowledge unique to the function of the camera systems, lighting techniques and digital imaging
• Effectively manages multiple priorities, demonstrates understanding of fast pace work flow that requires agility moving from one task to another and asking for support and clarification from Director of Digital Image Production
REQUIREMENTS
Education in Photography and experience working with a wide range of product categories
Experience working with diverse group of stylists, photographers and art directors
Exhibit technical knowledge unique to the function of the camera systems, lighting techniques and digital imaging
Effectively manages multiple priorities, demonstrates understanding of fast pace work flow that requires agility moving from one task to another and asking for support and clarification from Director of Digital Image Production
