Position Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator to add to our Digital Marketing team. This position is responsible for the coordination, organization, trafficking and reporting of Uniqlo’s digital marketing campaigns, supporting performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn about the digital marketplace and willing to assist with day to day activities of the team. This role is primarily focused on execution and campaign operations across Display and Paid Search (SEM), along with calendar planning and day to day support for the Digital Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
• Manage promotional calendars, and communicate marketing cadence to agencies and partners
• Manage assets with 3rd party vendors/agencies from execution to reporting on performance to relevant team members
• Pull and recap weekly reporting to send out to team, analyzing data and contributing insights
• Contribute to team’s productivity by managing personal work flow to achieve on time delivery of projects and reports, updating internal status documents such as calendars and budgets
• Assist with monitoring and meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy of campaign implementation
• Track and compile competitive digital strategy insights and share with appropriate team members
• Create and update weekly campaign progress reports for internal use, aid in development of digital media benchmarks
• Manage invoice process, working with Accounts Payable to track and ensure payment schedule is followed
• Become day-to-day contact for vendors/agencies or internal parties specific to campaign/channel responsibilities
• Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager to ensure day-to-day tasks are completed successfully
• Promote positive working relationships within the team, overall marketing department, the company and the vendor community
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, concentration in marketing and/or business administration preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years marketing, retail or agency experience in Paid Search and Display preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
• Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills
• Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
• Experience with DFA, Atlas, or similar ad servers, as well as experience using an analytics tool a plus
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs of team/department
• Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, teamwork and relationship building
• Self-starter with positive attitude
• Expert with Excel and PowerPoint required
