Job Description:
The role of the People Operations Analyst will be to coordinate the administration of HR processes, supporting generalist, recruiting, learning & development, benefits, and compensation teams in day-to-day operations, as well as special projects.
This rare HR opportunity will not disappoint. This is a junior level position with high visibility to senior level executives within Company and News Corporation. The right person is smart, quickly and accurately carries out procedure, is able to anticipate and troubleshoot problems, has a high emotional intelligence, is outgoing, and possesses a discernible sense of humor. • Create and organize business requirements from respective HR teams.
• Maintain reports and documentation including: overarching Task Force reports, detailed systems improvement reports, detailed process maps, etc.
• Coordinate project logistics including: scheduling meetings, updating timelines, communicating deliverables, distributing materials, running systems demos, etc.
• Create process guides and other reference materials for staff training.
• Coordinate with HR staff and perform testing of systems, gather/organize feedback to technology team, provide status updates to HR staff
• Participate in researching best practices and extracting applicable improvements.
• Act as liaison with our EMEA & APAC counterparts and our technology teams to ensure the effective integration of processes where necessary.
• Provide functional guidance to HR Generalists in the performance of their duties.
• Maintain employee records in Workday
• Handle special People projects as assigned.
