Responsibilities
The Payroll Specialist is a role that touches many facets of the business. If you’re a self-starter who can work with little supervision and are extremely detailed-oriented, this might be the role for you. Your primary responsibility in this role is to resolve employee/pay issues that have been escalated.
Here what you’ll do in this role
Resolve Enwisen tickets escalated to the ADP queue by HRC by researching issue, identifying root cause and actioning updates/corrections
Work with multiple sources to reconcile conflicts and communicate outcome
Analyze employee change Work Flow forms to determine if action is required
Monitor exempt LOAs and advise ADP of necessary action
Validate weekly alpay10/active employees’ unpaid report and communicate any necessary actions
Maintain Payroll Operations email box
Primary back-up for Payroll Technical Analyst position
Assist HRC with payroll inquiries from employees and businesses
Assist Sr Payroll Manager and Payroll Manager as needed
Run adhoc reports as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications

You have 1-2 years’ experience within payroll departments in large multi-state companies, including providing support for payroll/payroll tax processing, internal/external audits, issue resolution, and research of payroll wage/hour requirements.
You have working knowledge of SAP, ADP (EV5, ADPR, iReports)
You understand payroll principles, practices and procedures
You have strong excel skills including the ability to use formulas, vlookups and macros
You have strong interpersonal, analytical, prioritization and communications skills and have attention to detail
