The Partner Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for leading a select Company AMER Manufacturing specialized VARs to meet and exceed their Billings and Subscription seat targets. This is a new position where the individual would operate both as a strategist and mentor to ensure consistent adoption of Company best practices with a small group of Channel partners.
The Partner Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with VAR management to influence their adoption of strategic selling principles (FOMT) and the development of specific solution expansion plans to drive their business. The Partner Sales Execution Manager will work with VAR sales personnel to ensure consistent execution of targeted activities in the field. This role requires interaction with various internal and VAR teams including end user customers.
Key to this role is being able to influence, lead and inspire Channel partner executives & sales teams, set business and sales strategy and ensure execution of best in class Company Manufacturing solution sales strategies. This position reports to the Manufacturing Territory Sales Manager.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales quotas and provide regular reporting on targeted strategic selling, sales expansion and field level execution activities/results.
Responsible for development and delivery of strategic selling concepts and methodology working with internal teams (BSM, Channel. Territory) to a select group of Manufacturing Specialized VARs. This includes mentoring, coaching, performance management and assessment and recognition of adoption of selling practices in-field with end user customers.
Responsible for the development of strategic expansion plans with leadership from targeted Manufacturing partners. This includes selection of the high target expansion programs, coaching, performance management and assessment.
Regularly interacts with customers. Interactions involve special skills which will help build Company VAR rep capabilities. Such skills as negotiating with customers or management, influencing senior level leaders regarding matters of significance (development of value based selling approach or successful resolution of customer issues to win business).
Will work with Partner Management and Territory organization to establish and implement sales programs. Will establish guidelines to ensure effective collaboration between teams while ensuring flexibility in creating and modifying strategies to meet goal of Subscriber growth when situations arise.
Responsible to monitor effectiveness of the practices and processes to determine efficiency and effectiveness. Recommend improvements to achieve and deliver improved results.
Requirements:
BS Degree is required
Excellent writing skills and analysis skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to be highly successful in a matrix management organization
Excellent understanding of manufacturing industry, division’s products and client needs
Previous experience dealing with and influencing principles/owners and executives within an extended enterprise
Travel as needed
