Our client in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and facilities support. If you are someone who has experience overseeing Front Desk Operations as well as exposed to facilities management, this is the position for you! About You:
- 2+ years of experience in an Administrative or Clerical based position
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic facilities management principles
- Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Familiarity with office equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges
- Previous experience in a similar role or related field is preferred
About the Job:
- Manage front desk activities, including answering front door, welcoming guests, and accepting deliveries
- Handle package distribution, including signing for packages and notifying recipients
- Maintain office security by managing access cards and guest registrations
- Provide assistance to guests, including connecting to Wi-Fi and offering onsite information
- Support office operations by fielding calls, booking conference rooms, and assisting with supply orders
- Coordinate emergency procedures and serve as part of the office safety team
- Offer additional support such as IT assistance, travel arrangements, and event coordination
Please note, this is an immediate opportunity that is set to be long-term Contract with our client in Philadelphia, PA. We are only seeking candidates that are local to the city of Philadelphia and are comfortable working Company website pay for this position is up to 25/hr based on experience.
