DESCRIPTION:
Company Radio Boston is looking for part time producers/board operators. Candidates must be available to work overnights, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include producing all on air transitions, playing all songs, commercials and production in accordance with all FCC & Company Radio’s policies and regulations, assisting listeners with information, and producing segments for programming and commercial production departments. Experience with Audiovault & Vox Pro preferred. Qualifications include at least 1 year experience with radio producing and some experience with remote broadcast producing and commercial production. High school diploma required, college degree with an emphasis media related communications preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years previous experienced preferred; familiarity with station format required. Must be able to perform with little supervision; familiarity with FCC rules and regulations preferred. High school diploma required; college degree in media-related major preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Responsible for running broadcast board inclusive of digital editing, recording and maintaining network feeds.
• Protects the company’s FCC license.
• May be required to perform light production work
• Other duties as required by management.
