The Operations Support Specialist provides technical and clerical support to the Nurse Aide Operations team. The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for providing operational support in the areas of nurse aide facility management, coordination, and cancellation. Additionally the Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting with administrative activities surrounding credit card payments, and candidate Company website Operations Support Specialist will work with other departments and Company VUE vendors to ensure that program objectives are met.
Testing Facility Support
Handle incoming phone calls from testing facilities. Respond to inquires accurately and timely.
Review & process requests for RTS and In Facility testing dates and coordinate internal and external resources as necessary.
Load new test site information into computer system and update existing test sites when necessary.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to onboard new test sites, including training the test site on how to use the test site computer system.
Process event cancellations in a timely manner and according to established procedures. This job duty will require rotational on-call, after hours and weekend work.
Administrative Support
Prepare and disseminate external communication via email and US mail when required.
Coordinate the gathering and consolidation of information necessary for the Nurse Training and Quality Manager to respond timely to candidate grievances.
Process candidate credit card payments in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
3 years of experience in a high volume processing center or in an operational or administrative support role
Ability to diffuse and handle escalated calls
Strong technical skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to investigate and resolve problems
Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong organizing skills and exceptional follow-through
