We have an exciting opportunity available to join the Global HR Technology team. The role reports into the Global Head of HR Technology who is located in NY. In this role you will support HR professionals, internal key partners, and partner with our elite technology team to provide first class customer support and HR systems solutions. This role is located in London and will be responsible for supporting HR in the London office as well as bridge the time zone gaps between Company offices in NY, London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
We'll trust you to:
• Be an advocate of HR's objective to provide excellent customer service and continuously enhance the employee experience
• Provide operational and project support across our HR systems portfolio
• Troubleshoot HR system issues that are escalated by our Global HR Service Center
• Maintain a thorough understanding of HR end to end process especially EMEA and Asia specific nuances
• Act as the EMEA and Asia central point of contact for projects and act as an advocate for EMEA and Asia HR
• Analyze issue trends and propose solutions
• Provide security support to end users
• Assist with developing and delivering end user training
• Draft business requirements documents and end to end process flows
• Support system testing functionality and issues resolution
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Partner with internal technology teams
You need to have:
• A High level of customer service skills and experience
• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Solid HR Information Systems experience
• Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and analytical skills necessary
• An innovative mind set with the ability to bring new ideas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player attitude
