As Operations Design Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager for Retail, initially focussing on the Globla POS Replacement Programme. You will have solid experience within Retail Operations with an interest in designing simplified store policies/procedures, systems and management controls, and bringing consistency to global store operations.
Responsibilities;
• Documenting policies and procedures
• Representing Retail Operations on various working groups, projects and initiatives
• Building user guides and training materials as required by the Retail Training Team
• Providing in-depth training to the Operational Training Team and the Store Support Services Team
• Providing ad-hoc store training as directed by the Retail Training Team
• Performing end to end testing of store systems to ensure the ‘solutions' are fit for purpose
• Act as a point of contact for Store Support Services for operational queries
• Ad hoc travel to support programme roll outs
Person profile;
• Experience within a similar role desirable
• Experience within retail operations essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential
• Experience of supporting different markets desirable
• Self motivated and ability use own initiative
• Flexible to meet the needs of the business
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Powerpoint and Excel
