The Asheville Citizen Times is seeking part-time Operations Coordinators to work 25 to 29 hours per week. The position assists the District Managers with efficient management of distribution areas in both retail sales and home delivery of the newspaper including:
• Assisting the District Manager with field operations including delivering open or down routes as needed and collection of open retail sales routes.
• Assisting the process of staging and monitoring carrier activity at the distribution center, to include making sure that each carrier receives the proper amount of papers and supplies to complete their routes.
• Administrative duties such as maintaining route list as well as monitoring billing and collection records.
