Requirements
Company Learning is looking for an Operations Coordinator to assist the Operations/Inventory team in a support capacity primarily in customer service related functions.
Major Responsibilities:
• Communicate with sales reps and customer service to resolve order issues
• Take appropriate action on backorders on a daily basis
• Procure code banks from outside vendors for various digital products
• Act as back-up for title file set up and routine maintenance
Required Skills / Knowledge:
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Problem solving in a customer service environment
Experience Needed:
• One to two years’ experience in business operations; publishing a plus
Educational Background Required:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
