Job Specification:
SPT currently have an exciting opportunity for On Air Promo Coordinator to join their busy London based team, for a 12 month period.
Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will work directly with the in-house on air creative team, and will also liaise closely with programming and marketing managers in local countries, and the scheduling team to ensure optimal communication and delivery.
The On Air Promo Coordinator will be responsible for the administration and organization involved in producing the on air promotion projects, which includes the coordination of promotional material, ensuring that on air dates are met with correct versions.
Further key tasks include but are not limited to:
• Creating promo IDs in Vision system.
• Keeping track of promo requests from different departments and territories.
• Creating monthly promo make list in collaboration with Senior Producer.
• Raising Purchase Orders.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
• Proven background in TV broadcasting and TV production.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Experience of scheduling software (preferable Vision)
• Experience of coordinating projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with budgets.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment working towards tight deadlines.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office Package is essential.
• Flexible, service-minded.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Project management experience.
