Responsibilities
Support NBC national core and business development sellers in a variety of functions
• Develop customized PowerPoint marketing materials for new sales opportunities
• Gather competitive research and advertiser media spending
• Work with stations (RSN, NBC and Telemundo), Regional Sports Networks, affiliates, social, out of home, production, digital platform personnel to create media proposals
• Gather rates and available inventory for TV, Online and Out of Home.
• Manage project timelines, track deliverables across platforms and create re-cap for clients
• Serve as main point of contact for all campaign related issues
• Participate and facilitate sales calls to manage client follow-up and project’s next steps
• Work with production team to make sure creative design and production deadlines are met
• Work with Finance: request credit application from clients and resolve billing issues
• Book the tv, online, and ooh orders, confirm contracts and issue traffic
• Pull on-air weekly spot times, pre-logs and post logs; schedule make-goods and adu’s
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with broadcast digital sales systems
• 5+ years of Broadcast Research, Marketing or Sales and Project Management Experience
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Must be willing to work in New York
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
