A day in the life…
The ideal Marketing Operations Manager for site and e-mail is organized and adaptive leader focused on continuous improvement. Deep expertise in project management principles and advanced knowledge of e-mail and site content creation. Skilled at developing a team roadmap and strategically drive the team forward with those goals.
• Manages a team of dynamics Project Managers and E-mail Engineers who are accountable for managing the creation and deployment of our E-mail and Site Content.
• Accountable for leading a team focused on fostering teamwork built on strong trusting relationship and collaboration.
• Clarifies cross functional business problems and identifies options and solutions to break down complex issues or processes in to components and parts
• Maintain objectivity (neutrality) in face of conflicting viewpoints, uses data and evidence to drive improvement
• Identify, Pitch, Develop and Drive a roadmap focused on continuous improvement through the total life cycle of digital content creation.
• Foster a strong transparent environment focused on open communication across the team and leadership.
You own this if you have…
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
• 8 years of experience as a leader in ecommerce preferably in content generations
• Strive in a very dynamic ever change environment and are passionate about coaching people to their best.
• Deep experience in working with a creative team
• Knowledgeable in core KPI for E-mail and Site.
• Strong sense of curiosity and an active learner
