Position Summary:Acquisition Lead Gen Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns to drive leads for Enterprise Strategic Account Executives.
Essential Job Functions:
• Develop and execute programs and campaigns for Mid Market field sales teams which contributes to our lead goals and will help increase market share for Company Enterprise
• Develop marketing strategies that will contribute to lead generation, opportunity conversion which will drive fiber faster and deeper.
• Lead reporting requirements with Marketing Operations team to ensure timely and accurate reporting is in place to measure and optimize campaign results
• Development of account based marketing programs targeting buyers in defined modules to drive leads. These multi-tactical elements will include (but, not limited to):
◦ Account Based Marketing Programs which encompass:
# Nurture programs
# Leveraging content from Content team
# Leveraging offers from Offer team, as well as providing input for offer development
# Direct Mail
# Digital campaigns
# Sales enablement tools
# Microsites and landing pages
• Development of customer centric messaging and creative of materials to align with sales methodologies and alignment with Company Enterprise brand
• Liaison with agencies for strategic development and campaign execution
• Working with marketing director and leadership, develop segmentation strategies to target our best prospects, including working with:
◦ Buyer Personas
◦ Business Challenges
• Budget management
Job Requirements:
•Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in developing and implementing customer acquisition campaigns using Account Based Marketing strategies and execution
•Proven track record of creating and implementing innovative, new customer acquisition programs that align with the buyers’ journey and focus on generating customer leads in support of achieving/exceeding PSU growth and revenue goals.
•Proven track record of creating and executing effective demand-based campaigns using automation to help drive revenue; ability to create reports and analyze results for program optimization
•Proven track record of targeting utilizing a structured, scientific market segmentation approach that incorporates demographic and behavioral data.
•Creative agency management, creative direction, and associated expense management.
•Tracks and manages marketing expense budget. Provides constant accounting and forecasting versus budget, bids projects to various vendors, coordinates spending with Corporate.
•Creates, maintains and distributes a calendar of all planned marketing activity.
•Must be a team player willing to actively collaborate with marketing peers and key stakeholders to effectively align and communicate key goals and objectives.
•Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
•Strong financial, analytical and project management skills are required.

Education and Experience:
•Minimum 7-10 year’s relevant work experience required
•Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience required. MBA preferred.
