Marketing Internship- MR PORTER
MR PORTER Marketing Intern (Full Time Paid Internship for 6 months)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join the MR PORTER US Marketing team. This is a fantastic role for an ambitious, innovative, and analytical candidate to join a successful business with a focus on supporting marketing activities within the US and Americas.
Responsibilities
• Assist the MR PORTER marketing team across all functions including media, partnerships, affiliates, social media, and events
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and conduct regular market research, create executive presentations and reports of findings to drive strategic decision-making
• Develop and execute ideas and initiatives with marketing team to drive customer growth and brand awareness in US markets
• Optimize office time efficiency and workflow, including meeting calendar, travel arrangements, conference call scheduling, phone communications, drafting emails and producing executive reports
• Manage backend operations for events and team travel – including shipments, coordination from afar, vendor management, payment processing and timeline accountability
• Organize office for optimal use of space and accessibility, systematizing physical files and digital files, and archiving all media kits, magazines, proposals, research and marketing collateral
• Process billings, invoices and expense reports, preparing monthly budget spreadsheets for executive review and approval
• Build strong relationships with key marketing partners through excellence in etiquette and communications, working closely with editorial, creative and retail teams to ensure that all marketing activities uphold brand values and promise
Skills:
• Motivated, professional and well spoken, with excellent written communication skills
• Extremely organized with a strict attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Able to project manage and juggle multiple requests at once
• Creative thinker
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize
• Methodical and efficient, with a good dose of common sense
• Proactive initiative to constantly promote MR PORTER
Location: New York, NY
Hours: 37.5 hours per week for 6 months (full time, Monday-Friday)
