Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to
• RM Workflow Chart – update and circulate every two week
• Ensure timely submission of weekly terminal updates
• Create store brief documents with direction from RMA
• Creative briefs - create, log and follow up with global creative team in NY
• Payment process - set up new suppliers, send invoices to EUAP, chase supplier payment
• Update and send out weekly RM movements
• Collate monthly RM recap
• Prepare weekly trade update for Senior Manager
• Organise weekly team meetings - book room, circulate agenda and take notes
• Organise digital RM files
• Update cross functional & seasonal planning documents
• Share forthcoming editorial document with retail ops
• Obtain seasonal buy information from the sales team to cross reference product buys for marketing plans
• Update GWP tracker seasonally
• Analyse the weekly sales reports sent from the business analysts and share findings with the RM team
• Post campaign analysis - collate results and coordinate project recaps

• Printing, filling and binding of decks
• Travel and Expenses
• Booking couriers/deliveries
• Organise team storage
• Provide ad-hoc support to the wider comms team

• Retail Marketing, Tourism and Outlet campaign opportunities
• Competitor research
