Company. is an artist management agency representing a talented group of hair, make up & styling artists for on line, print, and tv commercial assignments. With artists based in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, we deliver brand building visual teams for a broad spectrum of clients.
Prospective candidates should be mature, polite, friendly, organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, pro-active and punctual. Candidates should be excellent multi-taskers with an ability to adapt quickly and transition effortlessly from one task to the next while keeping track of all necessary details. Impeccable follow through, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required. Must possess strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
Website management & digital archiving: Retrieve artists’ work for portfolio updates and social media campaigns. Prepare images for website updates and digitally archive images
Social Media: maintain and track updates on the Wordpress blog, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.
Marketing: client prospecting, research and development, client outreach via e-mails and cold calls, updating, maintaining and growing the client database.
Bookings: help manage artist schedules and liaison between clients and artists while organizing all necessary details for each booking.
General office support: fielding phone calls, ordering office supplies, running errands, sending and receiving packages and keeping the office organized and running smoothly.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft computers, Photoshop, InDesign, Word, Excel, Google, Wordpress and social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
Salary commensurate with experience.
