Purpose of this Position
To support the marketing manager in the promotion of Company’s English language assessment products thought a wide variety of marketing tasks. The Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of the team responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will support the tactical marketing campaigns as required. Activities include but not limited to:
• Supporting and implementing email and online DR campaigns
• Creating lead generation and lead close activity
• On and offline marketing
•Management of events and trade show displays
• Content management across external and internal websites
• Supplier management
• Create and maintain a dashboard with KPIs about the marketing activities. The role also includes some administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities Measures
Event Planning and Support
Assist the Marketing Manager to plan and execute events including venue management, attendee logistics and generally providing administrative support and event coordination.
Creation of marketing collateral
Develop marketing collateral to support sales within agreed time frames and budget while exhibiting a high level of accuracy.
Social media and digital
Work with the Marketing Manager and external agency to developing and implementing solutions that support our social presence and drive sales.
Deliver email campaigns to key external stakeholders
• Develop in conjunction with Marketing Manager an email schedule
• Edit and execute email newsletter
• Contribute to strategy that drives increased engagement
Reporting on activity
Assist in compiling campaign and reports as required

Mandatory
Relevant marketing or communications qualifications are essential while additional digital qualification or experience will be highly regarded.
Mandatory
Strong written and verbal influencing and communication skills.
Preferable
Experience in managing schedules, budgets and project plans will be highly regarded.
Preferable
Advanced knowledge and experience with the MS Suite (in particular MS Excel) while experience with commercially regarded email marketing, CRM and CMS software will be highly regarded
Preferable
Experience in a geographically distributed team environment as well as the working independently
Preferable
Experience in the international education market or with high stakes test products.
