The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing Department by supporting the Marketing Director with event promotions, creating and managing the venue’s social media program, managing the appearance and content on the company’s online assets including the website, ticketing site and email marketing program. In addition, this position will be responsible for communications with the venue’s members and partners and be prepared to assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Update and create all social media programs and promotions including event announcements and advertising, venue branding and partner promotion
• Manage venue’s online assets including website, ticketing site and email marketing campaigns
• Update and create all venue digital marketing assets including outdoor marquee signs and concourse flat screens
• Assist with event promotional execution
• Assist with sponsorship and membership sales
• Meet and escort media at events, as needed
• Manage venue photos and video libraries
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Four-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• 2-3 years marketing and/or sales experience
• Creative thinking, strong initiative, and verbal presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Self-starter, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proficient in computer applications such as Windows Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficient in social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest
• Ability to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
