Marketing Assistant (North America) - CALVIN KLEIN
The Marketing Assistant – North America position is within the NA Marketing team, directly supporting the Senior Vice President of Marketing for The Americas, covering all channels of business: Retail, Online, Wholesale & CRM. This position is a vital role, personally assisting the SVP, a strong entry-level opportunity to join the Marketing team, with exposure into all initiatives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
• Support the Senior Vice President of Marketing for The Americas serving as an Executive Assistant with all day to day support responsibilities, inclusive of calendar management, coordinating & updating meetings, travel & expense management.
• Partner with SVP of Marketing on budget management, helping to oversee omni-channel Marketing budget.
• Ownership & distribution of omni-channel Marketing team calendar.
• Assist with internal and external communications on behalf of SVP, Marketing.
• Partner with North America Marketing Team, providing team support as needed on select initiatives, inclusive of project briefings, shoot preparations, Retail, E-COMM & Wholesale Marketing projects.
• Facilitate on-garment/trim marketing requests, inclusive of translations when needed.
• Review monthly production job status reports and billing
• Assist with presentation development for strategic pitches and seasonal performance summaries
• Recap select meetings for SVP, notating key take-aways & next steps.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
1+ year of relevant experience; ideally with a fashion/beauty/fragrance industry focus.
Education:Bachelor’s Degree Required
Skills:
• Experience working on a Marketing or Advertising team
• Proficiency in Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, & Excel
• Team player; openness to jumping in & learning quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written & verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal communications/presentation skills with building decks
• Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, creative, collaborative environment.
• Resourceful and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Multi-tasker with ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Understanding & passion for fashion & Marketing
