Location:

Purpose of the role:
To provide general support for marketing and sales operations, especially for social media marketing, with the work of project manager and marketing executives on tasks directed at achieving marketing objectives and maximising company profits.
Key tasks:
• Calendaring, writing and posting on various Nature Research social media platforms in China.
• Tracking and growing our social media presence in China.
• Assisting in the creation of dynamic written, graphic and video content.
• Assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns/programs, including online and email marketing, conference marketing, corporate collateral and etc.
• Maintaining and analysing our database.
• Gathering and reporting requested information.
• Providing general support to the NRG China marketing team on the delivery of marketing and sales operations including but not limited to products/services across Nature Research portfolio in China for:
• Sponsorship
• Institutional Partnership
• Career Services
• Nature conferences
• Custom projects
Key relationships:
• Member of NRG China Marketing team
• Global NRG Marketing team
• Company Nature (SN) central marketing service teams
Need to know
Qualifications:
• A university degree or equivalent in business, marketing, journalism or related field
• Qualification in science are desirable
Skills/knowledge:
• Strong communication skills both in Chinese and English
• Good oral and written presentation skills
• Customer focused
• Work effectively to meet deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Enthusiastic and committed
• Basic computer skills required
• Creative mind and acute awareness of science and technology news
• Skills and knowledge on video editing and image search are preferable
Experience:
• 1- 2 years’ sales/marketing experience in a marketing department in Greater China
