Marketing Analyst
Field Sales Enablement and Marketing Campaign Reporting
Job Summary
Responsible for overall marketing campaign analytics and reporting for marketing, sales and product responsibilities. The marketing analyst role will help with analysis and work closely with sales operations to improve and define marketing KPI's. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge about best practices for campaign reporting, lead funnel management reporting and analysis as well as attribution modeling and best practices recommendation.
Core Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Analytics & Reporting
Campaign Analysis and Field Sales Enablement Improvements:
• Identify opportunities for Marketing Tactic Analysis -
• Work with the field on campaign effectiveness
• Create contests to improve sales follow up
• Work with Company University to create new hire campaign training; create video modules for sales and marketing effectiveness
• Manage 'office hours' for reps that need assistance with lead gen follow up(via WebEx), could also host certain focus groups for feedback
• Look for opportunities for improvements (i.e. work with e-commerce marketing team understand how individual digital channels are performing to drive funnel activity from website visitors to pipeline creation).
• Create a lead management analysis report to support capabilities when launched
Responsible for Wave Analytics Requirements:
• Transitioning current reporting to Sales Force Wave Analytics reporting tool with requirements and QC testing
• Ongoing improvements and performance analysis to support divisions
• Design and build marketing targets for stages of the marketing funnel by market segment and product solution area to be used on where to invest additional dollars to drive more demand on a weekly/monthly basis.
Marketing Communications:
• Responsible for creating Bi-Weekly Communications to the field, SLT for analysis
• Responsible for delivering an interactive dashboard for the Marketing Leadership Team to provide transparency and results of marketing performance via Wave Analytics.
Give direction to outside analytics team to improve current platform for:
• Product reporting Understand which campaigns and tactics are driving which products. Create a new level for Data Center and Cloud Campaign reporting with campaign performance reviewing Internal data with Salesforce Data.
• Work with Sales Ops to build a Marketing attribution model to identify the overall value and ROI that monthly events and campaigns are bringing to the company.
• Small Business Revenue reporting currently in a different instance in salesforce
• Define rules and policies for when to retire campaigns, removing duplicates, enhancements and clean up for rep/manager/director dashboards
• Lead project to improve funnel stages visibility (MQL, SAL, Opportunity) to help drive deeper understanding of lead quality and funnel conversion as well as timing.
List Pull Improvements
• Work with sales operations to help define requirements and improvements for List Pull Process, Appointment Setting Vendor Fulfillment Lists along with Salesforce Uploading of lists
• Seek to optimize and work with Epsilon team on data integration, quality control and data integrity
• Work with the field on getting rep assignments, e-mail addresses for various campaigns and overall lead cleansing.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Generally requires2-5 years related experience
