We’re currently looking for a managing director, global creative operations, to join our rapidly expanding global team. We need someone who can connect creative teams around the world, establish processes, curate ideas and enhance our creative product and reputation as we continue to grow our global footprint.
Founded in Kansas City in 1992, we now have 28 offices across six continents and more than 2,500 VMLers around the globe. Company is a contemporary marketing agency, handling everything from campaigns and content to platforms and experiences for our clients. Required Skills:
• Strong ability to identify high quality creative work and content on a global scale
• Proficiency in evaluating and analyzing the creative capabilities of global teams
• Desire to take the lead on Cannes and other global award shows
• Ability to spearhead the curation of creative work around the globe
• Talent for connecting top-tier talent with opportunities around the network
• Experience supervising and training employees on internal and external creative and award-related programs and events
Required Experience:
• A bachelor’s degree
• 10-plus years of experience in creative operations
• Experience curating work for award shows
• Proven expertise at working with global teams
