Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Purpose / Mission:
Develop, manage and execute the Japan MD plan and play the role in linking key interfaces
Key Responsibilities:
• Adapt the global range selection to the Japanese market and manage the relevant processes including SMU
• Develop a proper perspective and remain responsible for the adidas Golf Category financials (Net Sales, Standard Margin etc)
• Plan and execute the mid and long-term strategy
• Develop the category roadmap and initiate / leas business development action.
• Understand the core aspect of the market and drive everything according to the Global
• Clearly define the product distribution policies per channel / consumer
• Build healthy relationships with key accounts in alignment with Sales
• Develop a business plan / range plan related to the market

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Minimum 3 years experience in sporting goods/fashion industry in managerial level
• MD background
• Brand research

• Passion for the category
• Outlook Advanced

• Excel Advanced
• PowerPoint Advanced
• Excellent spoken and written English
Requisite Education
Qualifications:
• Graduate level (Marketing preferred)
