Purpose & Overall Relevance in the Organization
The goal of the eCommerce (eCom) team is to deliver one integrated consumer journey to create a premium and seamless experience so that we not only meet their expectations, but also exceed them while meeting our targets when a consumer leaves our touch point.
Position Summary
The Partnership Activation Manager will fully support and drive Japan eCom objectives by means of defining new commercial business models which will support departments like local/global Sales units, Sports Marketing as well as the eCom Organization to achieve their targets using Partnership activation tools and Affiliate based technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the overall strategy for Partnership Activation
• Identify common touch points within departments and build optimal processes
• Develop a strong relationship with local/global Sports Marketing department
• Develop a strong relationship with existing external partners of the brand adidas and Reebok
• Develop a strong relationship with local/global Sales units
• Establish and maintain a network of all key stakeholders within that area
• Ensure that final output is KPI-driven, consumer-centric, and relevant across markets
• Optimize and continuously improve the marketing process, tools, and templates, proactively identify the gap/areas of improvement, and initiate new tools/solutions
• Understand the global brand direction and product concepts to guarantee “one brand message”

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 2-4 years of working experience Paid Search experience (either agency or client side)
• Minimum 3 years of experience with broad and deep knowledge in eCommerce
• Experience of defining a longer term roadmap for optimization across eCommerce business
• Ideally have experience of working internationally and in settings requiring cross-cultural sensitivity
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Fluent English skills and Fluent Japanese preferred
