Manager CD Merchandising, Merchandising - DTC
PURPOSE/ MISSION
• To formulate the optimal buying plan and selling plan for Own stores and e-Commerce
• Conduct PDCA cycle for Own store and e-Commerce channel to achieve assigned category financial target.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Pre-Season:
• Develop category strategic plan based on market data and consumer trend.
• Develop merchandising assortment plan for full price Consumer Direct channel aligning with Local Category BU and global CTC merchandising.
• Develop SKU plan based on Store capacity for retail and C tail analysis
• Align beforehand Category Strategic Plan and DTC related functions
• Conduct adequate analysis (size curve, Good/Better/Best) and develop optimized assortment plan
• Place orders based on Category Strategic plan and OTB
In-Season:
• Monitor product life cycle to optimize the stock allocation by collaborating with prodcut distribution team
• Collaborate with DTC functions + Brand functions to prepare detailed product launch plan
• Maximize the bestsellers by placing repeat orders and utilizing "Speed"
• Create weekly report to take necessary actions [additional marketing, price change etc]
• Propose the markdown article based on sell thru performance to BU and Inventory management team
• Be Key DTC contact to share the sell-thru progress with BU
• Store and E-Site visit to understand the consumer trend and review best sellers / back holes

DESIRED EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION
4 years university degree or equivalent
