This position is responsible for managing all marketing efforts as assigned by the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing Services.
Review of Worldwide Marketing Print Materials
• This review is for all print materials created for worldwide marketing, which includes 67 territories. Ensuring we are following MPAA, DGA, WGA, Legal, Music (if appropriate), Personal Service Agreements and Feature Clearance guidelines.
• Problem solves any disapprovals/concerns by talking with the MPAA, DGA, WGA, Credits, Legal and Feature Clearance. If disapproval/concerns still stand, finding viable solutions for our marketing team.
• Communicate with territories regarding any MPAA, DGA, WGA, Legal, Personal Service Agreements or feature clearance changes that need to be made. Help provide solutions to territories as needed.

Academy materials
Oversee all Print Submissions
• Oversee all domestic submissions for review and approval by: MPAA, DGA, WGA, Legal and Feature Clearance.
• Oversee all international submissions for review and approval by: Legal and Feature Clearance.
• Ensure we hear back from all appropriate parties before giving final sign-off
• Expedite the approval process from all parties to ensure we meet our deadlines since they are allotted 48 hours to respond
Localization of all Worldwide Print Materials
• In house conduit with our vendor in London to oversee the localization of all print materials for over 50 markets. Ensure this localization is done accurately and on time.
• Gather all key information for ads from all necessary parties.

Interactive
• The department’s liaison with the domestic and international interactive teams.
• Reviewing all necessary worldwide print materials
• Coordinating all the on line launches for one sheets, ensuring that materials are completed and localized in time for deadlines.
Soundtrack and Book packaging
• Provide the music department all necessary materials to create the soundtrack packaging and book covers. Including disseminating all approved stills, billing blocks and key art.
AV Review
• Assist Manger AV as needed with daily AV review of all Trailers, TV, in-theatre ads, EPK/Behind the Scenes, outdoor AV and radio spots.
• Assist Manger AV in making sure all MPAA, Credit, Legal, FTC and Feature Clearance concerns are addressed on AV materials
• Assist Manger AV in problem solving any problems that arise and coming up with solutions
Academy
• Review /proof all academy ads (i.e. newspaper ads, trade pub ads) ensuring we follow all DGA/WGA guidelines. Answer all credit questions due to the time constraints.
• Submit all academy ads and help expedite the approval process due to the fast paced nature of the deadlines
Guild Print Waiver Process
• Assist Senior Vice President with outdoor and/or standee print waiver process inquiries.
• Communication of this print waiver process to the creative teams.
• Maintain a department record of all requests and approved waivers from respective guilds.
Supervisory responsibilities-
All print work flow to our department Submission Coordinator
• Review print approvals: MPAA, guild, feature clearance and our department image and phrase clearance charts to ensure they are up to date.
• Oversee the submission of all domestic print materials and ensure they are submitted to the appropriate parties.
• Oversee the print submission charts and ensure they are current
Supervise the Sr. Coordinator Responsibilities
• Approve billing blocks provided to the following departments: Interactive, Publicity, Promotions, Special Programming and the Creative Team.
• Oversee the creation of the Materials Fact Sheet. Review and maintain all print information in the Materials Fact Sheet. Information comes from a variety of sources and departments.
• Oversee the charts for print approvals, feature clearance and the image and phrase clearance charts.
• Oversee AV billing blocks (Trailer, TV and Int’l TV) by gathering all appropriate info necessary such as any internal checkers, main titles and AV specifications.
• Proofread all AV billing blocks (trailer, TV and Int’l TV) and provide files to finishers, creative teams and other vendors, as necessary.
• Oversee the Traffic ad directives/layouts provided by Creative Heads to N.Y. & L.A. and Field Agencies.
• Oversee the Proofing and supply review sample and galley for field use.
• Oversee the traffic of all newspaper ads via Vendor.
• Oversee Marquee orders and installations.
Basic Qualifications
• BA/BS degree in Marketing/Advertising or related/similar field.
• 3 – 5 years work experience in marketing or advertising required.
• Understanding of Credits /Personal Service agreements preferred.
• Knowledge of MPAA, Guild and Feature Clearance concerns a plus.
• Must be proficient with Word and Excel.
• Excellent communications skills (written & verbal).
• Must be able to handle several tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Must have the ability to organize and work well under time constraints.
• Must have the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple project elements simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment required.
