The role of Manager, Label Operations will oversee business unit ticket requests; manage mailroom and product room; support the Sr. Director, Operations with all facilities and business unit operational activities.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate business unit artist concert/show tickets and meet-and-greet requests
• Build & maintain relationships with management companies, tour managers, promoters, and venue/box office managers
• Manage mailroom and building operations, including the following:
◦ Direct day-to-day work of Label Operations Coordinator (formerly mailroom coordinator)
◦ Manage building system maintenance and vendor relationships
◦ Maintain mailroom and building supplies, as well as appearance and conditions of operational areas of office
◦ Manage product room inventory and requests
◦ Coordinate event set-up, parking, and teardown
◦ Serve as back-up to Coordinator.
• Provide assistance and back-up to Senior Director / Operations on the following office operations:
◦ Maintenance schedule
◦ Corporate initiatives and maintaining compliance
◦ New hire/employee exit activities related to facilities and operations
◦ Interactions with landlord, sub-leasees, and SME facilities staff; purchasing; IS&T; and security
• Coordinate payment and reconciliation of credit card(s) payments for tickets
• Update artist itineraries weekly and post on internal company systems
• Facilitate commercial & gratis sales with special third parties
Qualifications:
• College educated preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous management experience a plus
• Previous administrative experience a plus
• Proven success in a position that required the following: attention to detail, developing and setting goals and priorities and meeting deadlines, organizing and combining data elements from multiple sources, and solving problems
• Able to lift 30 pounds
• Ability to work on your feet for 2 - 4 hours at a time.
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Ability to remain calm in pressure situations and remain flexible when changes occur
• Most work will be performed during normal business hours.
However occasional evening and weekend hours are required to meet periods of increased work volume, issues with shows/events and operational issues impacting the function of the business unit.
