Position Summary:
The Manager of Affinity Partnerships will actively support SiriusXM's effort to acquire customer leads for new owners of used vehicles with inactive satellite radios, with the goal of marketing trials to subsequent owners. This individual will identify and assess business opportunities with potential partners in the automotive service/repair, insurance, warranty, finance and related businesses. For viable opportunities, s/he will support the Director, Affinity Partnerships to build business case for approval, and work with colleagues in Legal, Finance and Privacy to finalize contracts. S/he will play a key role in implementing and managing ongoing marketing programs with these partners.
Candidates must have strong business development and relationship management skills along with program/project management skills. This individual will report to the Director, Affinity Partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify prospective companies to expose new owners of pre-owned vehicles to SiriusXM programming and grow SiriusXM's subscriber base.
• Develop relationships with target prospective companies in the automotive service/repair, insurance, warranty, finance and related businesses.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to get agreement on contract terms.
• Support implementation and launch of marketing programs with new partners.
• Manage set up of data exchange processes, collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure efficient processing of supply chain records.
• Collaborate with Marketing Implementation team to develop point of sale, online and event marketing programs tailored to support partner/program objectives.
• Optimize existing marketing programs to improve number of trial activations and subscriber acquisitions among pre-owned vehicle owners.

Minimum Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree (or equivalent experience) required. Degree in business, marketing or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience with a strong marketing orientation and business development background.

Technical Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
