Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Design the sales promotion plan to help achieve the net sales / net margin targets for the responsible account; then ensure the plan's efficient and effective implementation.
• Manage and train SIS/ Field Staff in corporation with business partners
• Make sure that all the concepts designed by adidas Head Office for each Category will be expressed in an accurate and attractive manner at the responsible account.
• Serve as the contact point for the assigned Category's Account Marketing to help establish proper control for the team and relevant functions.
• Develop the mid- / long-term business plan for the responsible account, obtain approval from the managements on both sides with regard to the plan's directions and prepare for its successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop plans for the marketing activities of the responsible account and ensure alignment with the account, vendors and relevant functions within aJ for their successful execution
• Ensure efficient execution of plans within the scope of the allocated OPEX, MWB and CAPEX budgets.
• Put together the sales promotion plan in alignment with the responsible account's business plan and secure consensus from aJ Sales and Marketing teams.
• Prepare reports for the Account Marketing function of adidas Head Office in Herzo.
• Set up business meetings with the responsible account and prepare presentation materials
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the responsible account's P/L status and execute plans successfully
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the in-store activities and report the situation to the responsible team and relevant functions
• Have a comprehensive understanding of our competitors' activities vis-à-vis the responsible account and report what is happening to the responsible team and relevant functions
• Attend the meetings held by adidas Head Office in Herzo to report the current status of the responsible account and make sure that the details discussed are reflected in the next season's plan
• Promptly seek guidance from the supervisor and respond in a sincere manner in the event of any issue associated with specific business matters
• Provide support to the responsible sales staff as needed
• Enlist cooperation from the responsible field staff to get the necessary work done efficiently; also stay committed to the management and education of the filed staff
