Manager Account Activation, CTC - Wholesale eCommerce
Purpose:
Working in close cooperation with Key Account sales teams, plan and execute US marketing activation plans for eCommerce wholesale account partner(s) that deliver significant business growth and improve adidas Brand Health KPIs
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and execute the seasonal activation strategy and roadmap during internal and external milestones
• Define seasonal marketing calendar, incorporating all relevant aspects of product and brand initiatives
• Execute with excellence the seasonal account activation plan to ensure adidas wins at the point of purchase, by category, and against the agreed KPI’s
• Define and implement digital and social media strategy that aligns with brand activation and the digital transformation teams
• In each facet and through all channels, develop and execute consumer activation activity against targeted categories/concepts across all channels and platforms
• Secure the highest share of space within customer environment
• Drive consumer engagement and sell thru, with share growth, ensuring all commercial and strategic goals are met
• Measure the effectiveness of the account activation plan ensuring execution with excellence visually and via sell out
• Understand product, customer and consumer needs, market insights, and digital media strategy from the US market and all channels
• Support SMU and franchise creation/development as needed
• Represent the brand activation point of view both internally and externally
• Responsible and accountable for tool kit execution and implementation process, from briefing customer requirements to in-store deployment (excluding creation)
• Closely cooperate with Global Brand teams ,includingglobal creation team and Bus, to secure a best practice level of implementation of global strategy
• Conduct relevant reporting activities to measure the efficiency and commercial success
• Manage budgets and costs within agreed measures
• Understand the US consumer retail environment including distribution points, share of buy, competitor concepts and support tools
• Effectively communicate with internal and external teams to ensure accountability and follow through.

• Strategic thinker with vision and initiative
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
• Fluent in English
Qualifications:
• University degree in business or marketing required, ideally with sales or digital focus
• Minimum of four years experience in category management/merchandising or account marketing/sales
