Licensing Coordinator
Location: Dordrecht

The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for the prompt and accurate execution of the Licensing Control administrative activities whilst providing support to the Manager Licensing Control and Director Licensing Control. The Licensing Coordinator is a member of the Licensing Control group, which is integrated in the CS, Fulfilment, Logistics Department. The Licensing Coordinator reports to the Manager Licensing Control.
Key responsibilities:
• Communicates with several appropriate departments within Company to coordinate, and collect information about renewals on behalf of the Director Licensing Control and the Manager Licensing Control
• By order of the Manager Licensing Control;
◦ Check if contracts are closed according to company policy and standards
◦ Check if calculation is correct and matches the contract value
◦ Check if invoicing and crediting are correct
◦ Check if the Sales Strategy is followed (take-over and new titles)
• Archiving of the contract3174
Minimal qualifications:
• MBO or the equivalent
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
• Knowledge of the STM publishing industry is a pre
Skills:
• Strong administrative skills
• Strong communication skills
• Accuracy and a good and practical feel for figures
• Ability to work efficiently with spreadsheet
• Good understanding of commercial processes (in STM publishing)
• Flexible
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to combine diplomacy with perseverance in order to ensure the Licensing Control procedure is followed by all departments involved
