The Coordinator, Learning & Development (LOD) is an entry level contract position on our team responsible for supporting employee development and engagement opportunities throughout Company, ranging from planning and coordination, to project management, to execution of LOD experiences. Specifically, this role is responsible for the administrative and logistical support of LOD initiatives, such as: scheduling of in-person, web-based and online training sessions; tracking attendance; reporting on metrics; creating communication and marketing campaigns; support for presentations and training content; data analytics and reporting; and supporting the launch of our Learning Management System (LMS).

Job Functions:
• Under the direction of the VP, Talent & Organization Development, works closely with the LOD team to plan, coordinate, manage and execute on exceptional employee development experiences
• Ensure all existing training materials are updated with current, relevant content (e.g. create/edit and finalize supporting documents and resources to accompany training as needed)
• Provide administrative support, coordination, communication of LOD programs; includes logistics for calendar scheduling, room booking, and training materials
• Support the framework design and launch of a Learning Management System (LMS); serve as primary point-person for managing the LMS
• Support with the launch and maintenance of a Development page on our company intranet, including content creation and organization
• Curate and propose relevant learning content and resources to complement topics in our LOD programs
• Source, develop and use multiple channels and tools to support a broad array of learners, such as digital learning tools (e.g., videos and online instruction), in-person instructor-led training, gamification, simulations, assessments, etc
• Actively seek to improve current the value and effectiveness of LOD programs, practices and processes
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of LOD programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement (e.g. analyze various sources of feedback data, including but not limited to development programs)
• Support and assist the LOD and broader HR team on Talent & Development initiatives as needed
• Take the lead on LOD projects, as assigned

• Practical knowledge of assessment/feedback instruments (e.g. DISC, MBTI, EQ 2.0, TKI, 360 assessments)
• Proactive “go-getter” with an “anything is possible” attitude
• Passionate about developing people and enriching their overall work experience
Desired:
• Experience working in music, media, video game, tech, or film/TV/studio entertainment
• Experience working in an HR department within an LOD team
Other:
• Ability to travel up to 15% to our offices in the greater Los Angeles area
Experience:
• 4+ years’ work experience in training, engagement, HR, OD or related discipline (relevant internship experience may be considered)
• Microsoft Office EXPERT, especially in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Proficient in G-Suite (Google docs, sheets, slides)
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a Human Resources related field such as organization development, industrial/organizational psychology, organization behaviour, communications, or leadership development
