Leadership and Organizational Development (L&OD) Manager
The Manager, Leadership and Organizational Development, will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing talent and organization development strategies for Company Entertainment (SPE). The position reports to the Executive Director, L&OD.
Responsibilities
• Oversight, management and facilitation of our New Hire Orientation programs. This includes program design, program development, presentation and logistics.
• Maintain the SPE Employee Development (SPEED) intranet pages (built in SharePoint), regularly updating content and creating marketing materials.
• Manage L&OD development offerings in the Learning Management System (LMS) in close cooperation with the People & Organization Technology & Operations team.
• Facilitate learning programs in a variety of topics on an as needed basis.
• Manage intern development, including organizing and delivering development sessions.
• Oversee L&OD scorecard development(ensure accuracy, key messages, and support with overall presentation development)
• management and support for various L&OD team initiatives including learning programs, organizational development, change management and culture change initiatives.
• Partner to create targeted team development (e.g., team building)
• Assist with executive coaching (e.g., assist with 360 interviews, theming, etc.)
• Oversee vendor management activities handled by department analyst (e.g., Rosetta, Company website, etc.)

Requirements
• BA or BS in HR or business relevant disciplines required.
• 3+ years of experience in Performance Consulting / Learning / OD / Coaching / Communications / Marketing / Systems or some combination thereof is required
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
• Ability to work in SharePoint preferred
