Job Description
• This is a 6 month fixed term contract, some travel will be required
Ensuring that our sales organisation is fully equipped to achieve their targets is critical to Company’s success. Working with the Sales and Product Training Manager you will play a pivotal role in delivering these training programmes and product training across Company International.
There is no such thing as a typical day in this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, liaising with stakeholders and everything in between.
You will be responsible for:
• Assist with developing training programs (outsourced or in-house)
• Marketing available training opportunities to employees
• Providing logistical support for training events
• Preparing educational aids and materials
• Liaising with internal stakeholders such as sales leads and subject matter experts
• Assisting in managing Company certification programs
• Helping to shape new ideas and initiatives

Qualifications
We are looking for somebody with experience in a Training Co-Ordinator role, preferably within the media industry. What you will need is:
• Brilliant organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
• A methodological mindset
• Great communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• The ability to flex with our ever changing organisation
• MS Office proficiency
