The Jr. Product Photographer is responsible for delivering a daily high volume image shot count for accessories, apparel and footwear for Carters, Inc. brands. He/she will work closely with stylists and photo studio manager to ensure all asset delivery commitments are met.
• Digitally shoot product to accurately represent color, functionality and features of product for all brands
• Consistently produce digital images that are aligned within Carters, Inc. brands established standards
• Collaboration on daily execution with internal partners to meet daily shot count
• Maintain studio photography equipment & supplies, scheduling maintenance and repairs
• Keep current on industry standards, technology, new techniques and advancements
• Supports Photographers and assists in quality control.
• Light retouching
Experience and Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with tight deadlines
• Strong lighting and composition skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Open to feedback and flexible to daily changes
• Experience with in digital photography systems including Capture One software, Adobe Creative Suite, Macintosh OS
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise
• Preferred BS or BA, 2 years experience still life/fashion photography highly preferred or related field
• Experience working in studio
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of equipment
• Comfortable on ladders up to 10-12 ft tall
