Job Description
The Junior Membership Director position allows the right candidate to gain entry into the world of Membership Sales with a limited Sales background.
This position is responsible for identifying and enrolling new Members. The Junior Membership Director will work with the Membership Director to learn how to nurture relationships with existing Members so that they will invite their friends and colleagues to join. In addition, they will attend activities with Members and their guests in order to demonstrate "Pride in Belonging." The will also assist in activities that drive Member Retention.
The Junior Membership Director will learn how to execute the Club’s marketing and sales objectives, ensures the enrollment process is complete and records Membership profile information. S/he strives to exceed Club Membership sales goals.
This position will grow into a Membership Director
Represent the Club with external community partners and marketing efforts
Responsible for paperwork and programming for all new Members
Part Base/ Part Commission
Needs to want to grow in sales
Job Requirements
• Sales experience preferred
• High-energy, outgoing personality
• Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills are a must
• Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
