Job Description
The Junior Analyst will be responsible for working with the Supply and Demand Teams to efficiently Analyze trends on our Exchange platforms, Drive growth to our direct supply sector, Provide detailed analytics and reporting to both internal and external clients, Create deals / private marketplaces / inventory packages, and Collaborate with divisions across Company including but not limited to Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product on both Supply and Demand. This position requires extreme flexibility as it involves working across multiple platforms and UIs and a variety of teams.
The Junior Analyst should be highly literate with data and flexible with presenting data to a wide variety of audiences, both savvy and unfamiliar working with numbers. Across Excel, Tableau, and Powerpoint they will be expected to create easily digestible reporting to accentuate revenue opportunities and shortcomings, understand changes in margin, identify problems with wasteful operational/tech costs, among other topics. They will also have ability to work cross-functionally on projects they find to be supportive of the business with revenue and growth potential.
Qualifications
The Junior analyst should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google (Sheets, Slides, Documents), SQL, and Tableau.
0-2 years of experience in Data Analytics with an interest in Ad Tech is preferred.
Must be located in Baltimore, NY, or Boston.
