Responsibilities
The Inventory Control Analyst will become the inventory and recipe control subject matter expert for Company Studios Hollywood and CityWalk Food Operations team.
The incumbent will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating food and beverage recipes/product costs using Eatec inventory control system and point of sale menu configuration using Clarity IMC. We are looking for a collaborative, driven, analytical and detail-oriented individual to work closely with operators in a cross functional, matrixed, and fast paced environment.
Food and Beverage Systems Support and Integrity:
•Ensure accuracy of point of sale panels throughout Citywalk and Theme Park Food venues
•Ensure accuracy of F&B recipe master database and control the overall workflow process
•Assist/audit venue and Back of house inventory count process including data entry and package maintenance
•Orchestrate and facilitate meetings with operators for inventory variance investigation, in conjunction with front of house yield testing
•Maintain special events within EATEC food inventory system including assisting and implementing discounts and vouchers
•Conduct bi-annual EATEC full-scale system management training as well as ad hoc sessions by request
•Manage routine FP&A duties including booking journal entries for month end close, re-classing VIP and/or catering related costs, and maintain accuracy of revenue recognition.
Maximize Operational Efficiencies:
•Partner with Operations Management for Front of House, Production Kitchen and Bakery, Sourcing, Warehouse, and IT to minimize cycle count variances and maximize operational excellence.
•Act as a liaison for IT, operations and sourcing to strengthen controls, optimize efficiencies and ensure a “no surprises” environment.
Special Projects:
•Assist with special projects – both analytical and process improvements (i.e.: improved inventory accuracy, management reporting, operational processes, etc.).
•Ad Hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree required (business/accounting/finance major preferred).
•Successful candidates will have 2+ years of progressive experience with finance and/or accounting.
•Excellent analytical abilities are required, including advanced Excel, SAP, Comshare, and/or Microstrategy,
•Must be a resourceful problem solver, with the ability to prioritize and create approaches to meet required objectives.
•Demonstrate leadership values and ability to develop and participate in diverse/cross-functional teams.
•Requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and influence a wide spectrum of customers.
•Ability to maintain a big picture perspective as well as be detail-oriented is essential.
Desired Characteristics
•Prior fast food/QSR, and Inventory Control experience a plus.
•EATEC and Clarity point of sale systems knowledge a plus.
